LEGACY OF KEVIN M. BRENNAN
Founder, International Data Management, Inc.
Kevin M. Brennan founded International Data Management in 1986 with a vision to make Bahamian land records more accessible and useful to the people who relied on them. At a time when title research involved manually reviewing documents preserved on microfilm, he recognized the value of organizing that information into a lasting research resource.
Under his leadership, IDM reviewed historical property documents, extracted essential details, and built proprietary databases to support land title research throughout The Bahamas. This work laid the foundation for the company’s services to property owners, attorneys, lenders, and developers.
Kevin’s legacy lives on in the records he helped preserve and the standards of accuracy and service he established. Today, IDM continues to build on that foundation, helping clients understand property histories and make informed decisions.

THE MEANING OF OUR LOGO
The Nautilus is a tropical cephalopod with a multi-chambered, spiral shell. As the Nautilus grows, it creates new, wider and larger chambers that are perfectly proportionate. Its shell structure describes a mathematical curve called a logarithmic spiral, which also approximates the Fibonacci number series, or the so-called golden ratio. A lifeline connects one chamber to the next, so previous rooms are left behind but not forgotten.
The Nautilus shell reflects our commitment to structured growth and perfect proportion in every detail of our research. It symbolizes the continuity of our historical records over time, ensuring a permanent lifeline between the past and the future.
